Do you want to make a return? It's not a problem!

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the ordered products without giving any reason. To do so, submit your return through our convenient form below. In the same way you can make a claim for a product defect. You can find the complaint regulations here.

We kindly remind you that a return is not possible if the product packaging has been opened after delivery of the order. This is in accordance with the Law of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), which says that the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the subject of the performance is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons.
