Complaint
If the product you purchased turned out to have manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the complaint procedure below:
- Send us the product you want to advertise by attaching the complaint form.
- Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the result of the complaint procedure.
- If the complaint is accepted, we will send you the repaired product, a new copy of the product or a refund within 7 working days from the date of the decision.
- If the complaint is found to be unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision made and within 14 working days, we will send the product back at our expense.
The reimbursement will be transferred to the form of payment that was made for the sale.

Return
You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery. You do not have to provide a reason for returning the goods, but this information will help us improve the functioning of our store. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
The returned product cannot bear traces of use - each element must be complete and factory-packed, the goods delivered in the original packaging unchanged. If this condition is not met, the return will not be accepted.
The package must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a withdrawal form.
Acceptance of returns is specified in the regulations of the online store.
