Fast order fulfillment
Shipments with products usually sent within 2 business days from receiving the payment. We make every effort to ensure that the order fulfillment time is reduced to a minimum. We send all parcels via a courier company and require a signature upon delivery. If you request a special shipment, e.g. by 9. or 12. - additional fees will be added according to the price list of the courier company. Shipments have a tracking number that allows you to view their status online.
Delivery form
We cooperate with the DHL courier company when processing orders. The courier company allows you to deliver the parcel directly to your home.
Shipment security
All orders are packed in high-quality cardboard boxes to protect the product from damage. Additionally, the free space is filled with biodegradable fillers. Just pour water over them and they dissolve. They are safe for the environment.
