We recommend storing all products at room temperature, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Which products can I use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

The period of pregnancy and lactation is special for a woman. The changes that occur in a woman's body are often reflected on the skin. For skin care, we recommend a cream with vitamin C - C-flush cream RICH or NMF xpress cream. Which creams are suitable for sensitive skin?

Can retinol be used in summer?

We recommend using products with retinol in the autumn and spring period. The rebuilding treatment with retinol consists of 2 stages.

Stage 1 of the rebuilding night treatment is retino cream and is recommended for people who have not used a cream with retinol before and for people with sensitive skin. Retino forte cream is the second stage for people with resistant skin and used to retinol. The treatment is complemented by the retino eye eye cream, which, thanks to the unique combination of retinol and caffeine, intensely stimulates the thin skin around the eyes to revitalize processes.

Where can I find the product expiry date?

The dottore expiry date is shown at the bottom of the package. It is defined by the words: Best before the end. The given date guarantees that the correct formula of the products and its properties are maintained.

Additionally, the PAO marking is available on the box. It indicates the shelf life of the cosmetic after its first opening. In the case of our brand products, it is usually 6M (6 months).

Can I return the purchased goods?

Pursuant to the applicable law, within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel with the order, you can return the product purchased in the online store without giving any reason. Such goods, however, cannot bear traces of use, cannot be damaged or damaged, must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all its contents.
